What is this to do with property, you ask?
Although it does not directly link to the property market as it is today, we have seen London strengthen from it’s acceptance of the LGBT+ Community. With stronger communities, regeneration of previously blighted urban areas and encouraged greater social inclusion, creating great places to live and invigorating depressed property prices.
Ensuring that the LGBT+ community feels truly valued, happy and safe in London strengthens the capital’s diverse communities.
Regardless of ethnicity, race, sexuality, disability or gender the city is a welcoming, open place for everyone.
I don’t know about you, but we are extremely proud to live in a city described as the
“The UK’s biggest, most diverse Pride. A home for every part of London’s LGBT+ community.”
Equality is key!
