Originally from Birmingham and now residing in London, I became part of Dendrow as a property manager, bringing with me over a decade of experience in the property industry.

I oversee all aspects of property management, ensuring a harmonious relationship between our tenants and landlords. This involves managing our in-house maintenance team and supervising all maintenance issues that arise. My strengths lie in multitasking, effective communication, and cultivating positive relationships.

Beyond my professional endeavours, I find balance by hitting the gym and indulging in my passion for good food. In my leisure, I also enjoy getaway holidays, embracing the opportunity to unwind and explore new places.

About Barbara

I have worked in the property industry for almost 7 years and my role has changed from a lettings negotiator to the office coordinator about 3 years ago. As the Accounts Administrator, I provide clerical and administrative support to the team.

The role plays a part in the administration and smooth-running of businesses throughout industry. I am involved with the coordination and implementation of office procedures and frequently have responsibility for tasks like property uploads, maintenance, arranging move ins and tenancy agreements. I am also dealing with clients’ accounts. Studying towards AAT accounting qualifications with my aim being a qualified accounting technician here at Dendrow International.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. Visit new places and meeting new people but Poland, my home country is still my favourite destination. I love cooking for family and friends and trying new cuisines.

About Matt

For the last 11 years at Dendrow, I’ve worked across multiple back-end departments gaining a wealth of experience in Residential Property. Now I’m currently the Operations Director for Dendrow and oversee all the necessary Administration. I truly believe that in the ever-changing landscape of Legislation, only Dendrow’s true professionals can assist in the new homes for our customers and the investments of our Clients.

Having completed the Diploma in Professional Marketing with the Chartered Institute of Marketing (of which I am an MCIM member) I have learnt an abundance of information which is being put into practise at Dendrow. I strive to uphold the highest standards in marketing and indeed hope that all of the Dendrow Family benefits from the experience.

During the lockdown restrictions in 2020, I successfully qualified to become a Full Graded Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and I continue to participate in the Continued Professional Development program with CIM. Forever seeking to improve my knowledge within Marketing and its associated faculties.

It is vital that our internal systems not only aid in the progression of the business but also the longevity of the relationships that we nurture.

My past experiences with training in the TA prior to entry to RMAS, set me in a good stead for having a variety of abilities and capabilities which greatly aid in operations today. Along with my degree in Biomedical Sciences I do believe that I can accomplish any task, challenge or issue presented. All with the customer in mind and really wanting to ensure delivery of the best possible service.

Exercising daily is a real hobby of mine and I believe it is vital to mental wellbeing. I am an avid Snowboarder and thoroughly enjoy getting to a snow-covered mountain. I enjoy socialising and spending time with my partner and exploring the UK, Europe, and the rest of the World.
